WILLIAMSTON – Joey Thomas Wiggins, 56, of Prison Camp Road, Williamston, a native of Bertie County, died Friday, January 14, 2011 at the Brian Center, Windsor. Memorial services were held on Sunday, January 16, 2011 at Capeharts Baptist Church, Merry Hill. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, handled the arrangements.
