LAWRENCEVILLE, Va. – Maurice Hall Hardy, formerly of Ahoskie, departed this life on Sunday, January 2, 2011 in Richmond, Va.

She is survived by a daughter, Dora Hardy of Lawrenceville, VA; three sisters, Kalice Gibson of Woodbridge, VA and Pat and Rozenna, both of Alexandria, VA; two brothers, Wendell and Morris Hall, both of Ahoskie; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, January 8, 2011 at the First Baptist Church cemetery in Lawrenceville, VA.

Brown’s Funeral Home, Lawrenceville, is in charge of the arrangements.
