KELFORD – Funeral services for John Arthur Ruffin  of Kelford will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, December 26, 2010 at Spring Hill Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Hoggard Family Cemetery. Hunter’s Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
