ROXOBEL – Cecil Earl Smith, 59, of  4230-A Governor’s Road, Roxobel, died Friday, December 3, 2010 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, December 11, 2010 at Mill Branch Missionary Baptist Church, Aulander. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Wilder’s Funeral Home Inc., Aulander, is handling the arrangements.
