RICH SQUARE – James N. Smith, 89, formally of Scotland Neck, died Thursday, November 25, 2010 at LifeCare Hospital, Rocky Mount. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, November 30, 2010 at Mary’s Chapel Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Staton Memorial Cemetery.
