WINDSOR – Duncan Pugh, 81, of 336 South Rhodes Avenue, Windsor, died Monday, November 22, 2010 at the Brian Center, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 27, 2010 at Cedar Landing Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor.
