BROOKLYN, NY – Lois V. Carter, 74, of Brooklyn, NY, formerly of Rich Square, died Monday, November  15, 2010 at the Schulman Schachne Institute in Brooklyn, NY. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, November 21, 2010 at Wilder’s Funeral Home Chapel, Rich Square. Burial will be in the Revelle-Hill-Gatling Family Cemetery, Conway.
