WOODLAND – Elsie Polly Jacobs Taylor, 84, of 217 Walnut Street, Woodland, died Thursday, November 4, 2010 at Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, November 8, 2010 at Branches Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, Rich Square. Burial will be in the Jacobs-Parks Family Cemetery, Rich Square.
