WINDSOR – Edward Outlaw of Windsor died Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at the Brian Center, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, October 24, 2010 at St. Luke Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in the family cemetery in Windsor. Gilliam Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
