WINDSOR – Ethel C. Smallwood Goddard, 86, of 708 College Street, Windsor, died Saturday, October 16, 2010 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, October 22, 2010 at the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, Williamston. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor. Gilliam Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
