EURE – William Arthur “Bill” Powell, 62, of 155 Powell Road, Eure, died Wednesday, October 13, 2010 in Sentara Obici Hospital, Suffolk, VA. Funeral services were held on Friday, October 15, 2010 at Cool Spring Baptist Church. Burial was in the church cemetery. Miller Funeral Home, Gatesville, handled the arrangements.
