BALTIMORE, Md. – Thomas Jackson Smallwood, 80, of 1216 North Potomac Street, Baltimore, MD, died Friday, October 8, 2010 at John Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, October 16, 2010 at Spring Hill Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in the Smallwood Family Cemetery, Windsor.
