Lindsay Stuart Griffin and John Southgate Vaughan III will be married December 11, 2010 at St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Ahoskie.  Miss Griffin is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John McCollum Griffin of Lewiston Woodville, and Susan Urquhart of Ahoskie. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Bennett Griffin Jr., the late Dr. and Mrs. Francis X. Berry and the late Reverend and Mrs. Linwood E. Blackburn.  Mr. Vaughan is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Southgate Vaughan Jr. and the grandson of Eulann English, the late Sam Earl English, and the late Mr. and Mrs. John Southgate Vaughan.
