WINDSOR – Roger Irving Phelps, 88, of 707 Bertie Ave., Windsor, died Friday, October 1, 2010 at Beaufort County Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, October 7, 2010 at the Walker Funeral Home Chapel, Windsor, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery with military honors.
