JACKSON — The circus is coming to Northampton County.

On Monday, September 20, the Walker Brothers Circus will roll into Jackson with numerous acts from second and third generation performers from around the world.

Aerial high wire, juggling, equestrian agility and comedy are included on the list of many acts.

The event, sponsored by the Northampton County Chamber of Commerce, will take place at the Cultural and Wellness Center, located on NC 305 north of Jackson. There will be two, 90 minute show times beginning at 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

With advance tickets, children 14 and under are free when accompanied by a paying adult (two free tickets per adult); adult (age 15 and up) tickets are $12. At the gate, children are $5 and adults $14. Children under age two are admitted free.
