WINDSOR – Virginia Delia Cooper, 76, of 1539 South King Street, Windsor, died Monday, August 23, 2010 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, August 29, 2010 at Sandy Point Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
