ELIZABETH CITY – Charlie Watt White Jr., 31, of Brock Ridge Run, died Friday, August 20, 2010 at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.  Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, August 24, 2010 at Forest Park Church in Elizabeth City.  Burial will follow in the White Family Cemetery, Merry Hill, NC.  Garrett-Jones Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
