Joseph Franklin Bond Sr., 63, of Sterlingworth Street, Windsor, died Sunday, August 8, 2010 at his residence. A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, August 14, 2010 at Cedar Landing Missionary Baptist Church in Windsor. Burial will take place in Hillcrest Cemetery in Windsor.
