Otis Grant Williams Jr., 61, died Saturday, July 10, 2010 at Sentara Obici Hospital, Suffolk, Va. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at St. John AME Zion Church, Sunbury. Burial will be in the Drake Memorial Cemetery. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is in charge of the arrangements.
