James Francis Hoggard Jr., 89 of 103 Nichols Street, Windsor, died Saturday, July 3, 2010 at Three Rivers Nursing Home, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at Windsor United Methodist Church. Burial with military honors will follow in Edgewood Cemetery.
