Mr. Gregory Dean Lassiter Sr., age 42 of Aulander, NC died Thursday, July 1, 2010 at his home.
Greg was born August 26, 1967 in Hertford County, NC.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Charlotte Diggs Lassiter.
Survivors include his wife, Donna L. Lassiter; his children, Gregory D. Lassiter Jr., Jacob O. Lassiter, Merriel R. Liverman Jr. and his step daughter, Jennifer L. Odom; his father, Glenwood Ford Lassiter Jr.; and his brothers and sisters, Glenn Lassiter and his wife, Nelda, Kelly Wilson and her husband, Greg, Karen Blowe, Gene Lassiter and Kim Ambrose. He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews, three great nieces and nephews and two step grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday July 4, 2010 at Liberty Freewill Baptist Church in Ahoskie, NC with the Rev. Paul Ange officiating. Burial will follow at Job Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Massey Funeral Home in Aulander, NC from 7-9 p.m. on Saturday, July 3.
