ECMS reopens

ROBERSONVILLE – Affordable family entertainment has returned to Robersonville with the reopening of the East Carolina Motor Speedway.
Now under new management, Race Manager Mark Holliday and Operations Manager Terry Holliday welcomed over 300 people for the first race on June 12.
Mark your calendars for July 3rd when the track celebrates their Grand Opening with their “More than a Grand Race”. The evening’s showcase will be the Limited Late Model—100 lap race with a $1,500 first prize.
The cars line up every Saturday night, with the pit gates opening at 3pm. Grand Stands open at 5:30pm and the green flag drops at 7:30pm.
Tickets are $10. Little racers under 12 years of age get in free. Affordable concessions are available inside the gate.
The East Carolina Motor Speedway now employees more than 20 part‐time staff with the hopes of future expansion.
