Mabel Vaughan Drager, 74, passed on peacefully in her home on Saturday, June 5, 2010.
She is survived by her only sibling, Mary Jo Chavis and husband, Jim, of Cumming, Georgia. Also surviving her are her children; her son, Ed Drager of Goose Creek, South Carolina; daughter, Rose Leeburn and husband, Kerry, of Raleigh; and daughter Marta James of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee. She is survived by three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
She was predeceased by her husband, Martin Herbert Drager in November, 2008.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 9 at Thomas Funeral Home in Fuquay-Varina. The funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, June 10 at 11:00 a.m. at Thomas Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow the service at Wake Chapel Memorial Gardens.
