Mr. Joseph A. Bolton, age 75, of Woodland, NC died June 2, 2010.
Mr. Bolton was retired from the North Carolina Department of Labor and a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. He also served in the US Air Force.
Survivors include his daughter, Beth B. Phillips of Woodland and his son Jeff Bolton of Raleigh; three granddaughters, Ashleigh, Sarah Beth and Lindsay; his sisters, Mary Vaughan and her husband, Jimmy, of Elizabeth City, NC and Nancy Austin of Lasker, NC; and his brother, Larry Bolton and his wife, Rachel, of Suffolk, VA.
Graveside services, with Military Honors, will be held, at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 5, 2010 at Cedar Lawn Cemetery in Rich Square, NC.
The family will receive friends at Massey Funeral Home in Jackson, NC, Friday, June 4 from 7:00 until 9:00 PM.
