Virginia Dare Williams, 79, of River Street, Murfreesboro, died Tuesday, May 25 2010 at Guardian Care Nursing Home, Ahoskie.
A native of Hertford County, she was a retired laborer at Georgia-Pacific and a member of First Baptist Church in Murfreesboro.
Survivors include a daughter, Gloria Vaughan of Mitchville, MD; sons, Carnell Williams of Fayetteville, Renaldo Williams and Anthony Williams, both of Murfreesboro, and Nelson Williams of Greenville; a brother, Bruce Jenkins of Baltimore, MD; and sisters,
Eldora Whitehurst of New York and Cue Britt and Annie Alston, both of Murfreesboro.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 29 at First Baptist Church of Murfreesboro with the Rev. Robert Richardson officiating. Burial will be in the Jenkins Family Cemetery, Mapleton.
