Joyce Ann Futrell, 46, of Indian Trail, Woodland, died Saturday, May 1, 2010 at Pitt Memorial Hospital, Greenville.
Born in Hertford County, she was employed with Perdue, Inc. and was a member of Mill Branch Missionary Baptist Church in Aulander, NC
Survivors include two sons, Derek Futrell and Marcus Futrell, both of Woodland; two daughters, Shina Fennell and Kenyate Futrell, both of Woodland; her parents, Waverly Earl Whitaker of Ahoskie and Estelle Futrell of Woodland; a brother, Robert Earl Futrell of Norfolk, Va.; two sisters, Carol Futrell of Woodland and Ethel Marie Futrell of Aulander; and six grandchildren
A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 8 at Mill Branch Missionary Baptist Church in Aulander with the Rev. Ronald Dolberry officiating. Burial will take place in the church cemetery.
