Janie Jackson, 88, of Brooklyn, NY died Thursday, April 23, 2010 in Brooklyn, NY.
She was a native of Hertford County.
Survivors include a son, Henry Robinson of Brooklyn, NY; a daughter, Louvenia Brodie of Hampton, Va.; a brother, Aubie Roosevelt Eley of Winton; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 1 at First Baptist Church Winton. Burial will take place at Hillcrest Cemetery in Ahoskie.
