Verdell Deloatch Majette, 86, of Norfolk, Va. died Friday, April 23, 2010 at her residence.
Survivors include six children, Stanley J. Majette of Murfreesboro, Nellie Best of Norfolk, Va., Lucy M. Bailey and Johnny L. Majette, both of Virginia Beach, Va., Wendell Majette of Chesapeake, Va. and Wilma L. Johnson of Norfolk, Va.
A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 28 at Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church, 1141 Campostella Rd., Norfolk, Va. with the Rev. Bobby Browser officiating.
