Shelia Laquetta Simons, 51, of Main Street, Grifton, died Wednesday, March 10, 2010.
She was a native of Hertford County and relocated to Grifton two years ago.
Survivors include a son, Tony V. Stevenson II of Kenansville; a daughter, Tenia N. Stevenson of the home; her mother, Sarah P. Simons of Ahoskie; and two sisters, Cassandra Lee and Keisha S. Edwards, both of Ahoskie.
A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, March 16 at Soul Saving Station, Ahoskie. Burial will take place at Newsome Grover MB Church Cemetery, Ahoskie.
