Willie S. Outlaw, 93, of Philadelphia, Pa., died Thursday, March 4, 2010.
A funeral will be held at 12 noon on Wednesday, March 10 at Gilliam Funeral Home. Burial will take place at the Ward Family Cemetery, Windsor.
A viewing will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 9 at the funeral home.
