Larry D. Ward, 60, of Ahoskie died Tuesday, February 23, 2010 at his residence.
Born in Hertford County, he worked as a handyman and was a member of Calvary Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Blannie Ward of Ahoskie; a son, Devon Smith of Raleigh; a daughter, Maleah Majette of Ahoskie; and a brother, Johnnie Ward of Ahoskie.
A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, February 27, 2010 at Calvary Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Robert Sessoms officiating. Burial will take place in Hillcrest Cemetery.
