Kenneth Hale

Kenneth Wayne Hale, 55, of NC Hwy 561 East, died Thursday, January 21, 2010 at Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie.
Born in Portsmouth, Va., he was a salesman with Revelle Builders in Murfreesboro and a member of Cool Spring Baptist Church and was a past member of the Elizabeth City Jaycees. Survivors include his mother, Joyce Ann Perry of Ahoskie; two sons, Aaron B. Hale of Raleigh and Matthew D. Hale of Kill Devil Hills; two half-sisters, Kimberly Hardee and Debbie Denton, both of Greenville; and two half-brothers, Mark Perry of Ahoskie and Don Hale of Benson.
A memorial service was held on Monday, Jan. 25 in the chapel of Miller Funeral Home, Gatesville, by the Rev. Michael Williams. Friends may join the family at the residence.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his memory may be made to any chapter of the American Cancer Society.
