Robert B. Outlaw, 74, of Conner Avenue, Windsor, died Wednesday, January 13, 2010 in Ahoskie.
A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 16 at Indian Woods Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will take place in the church cemetery.
Gilliam Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
