Christopher C. Bell, 44, of Murfreesboro died Thursday, December 31, 2009 at Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie.
He was a native of Hertford County.
Survivors include a son, Christopher T. Bell,; and a daughter, Shanita N. Bell, both of Garner; three brothers, Walter A. Bell of Philadelphia, PA and Richard Bell and Phillip Bell, both of Murfreesboro; and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 6 at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, Como, with the Rev. Elliott Hill officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
A wake will be held from 6-7 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 5 at Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, who is in charge of the arrangements.
