Margaret Lee Briggs Jacobsen, 66, of Courthouse Highway, Windsor, Va. died Friday, December 25, 2009 at Consulate Healthcare.
Born in Gates County, she was formerly of Sunbury. She was a homemaker and a member of Sandy Cross Baptist Church. Survivors include a daughter, Robin Baker Clark of Ivor, Va.; a brother, William Douglas Briggs of Sunbury; and one grandson.
A memorial service was held on Monday, Dec. 28 in the chapel of Miller Funeral Home, Gatesville. Rev. Chad McGinnis and the Rev. Charlie Clark officiated.
