Alice Lynn Beddow Harris, 61, of S. Main Street, Woodland died Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at Roanoke-Chowan Hospital in Ahoskie.
Born in Hertford County, she was a member of Merry Hill Baptist Church in Merry Hill.
Survivors include a son, Mike Harris of Aulander; a daughter, Jennifer Dunlow of Colerain; her husband, James Harris Jr. of Woodland; a sister, Jane Taylor of Newport; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 29 at Merry Hill Baptist Church in Merry Hill with the Rev. Marcus Daly officiating. A private burial will follow at a later time.
