Archie Magnus Vann, 71, died Sunday, November 15, 2009, at Guardian Care Nursing Home, Ahoskie.
A native of Northampton County, he was a farmer and an employee of Brown’s Mobile Home Sales in Murfreesboro. He was a member of Ashley’s Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Vann of the home; a son, Paul Vann of Como; a daughter, Barbara Vann of Franklin, VA; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren; a brother, Roy Vann of Hunterdale, VA; and a sister, Flora Mae of Wilmington.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 18 in Ashley’s Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. David Ross presiding.
