Nathaniel Lee Moody, 36, of Colerain died Sunday, November 8, 2009.
A native of Bertie County, he was employed as a farmer.
Survivors include his mother, Thelma Moody of Colerain; two sons, Jarkeese Rascoe and Deandre Rascoe, both of Greenville; three daughters, India Thompson of Powellsville, Jakiyah Askew of Colerain and Natia Moody of Middletown, Conn.; a brother, Tyrone Moody; and a sister, Rebecca Perry of Colerain.
A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, November 13, 2009 at Zion Hill Baptist Church by Rev. Nathaniel Thompson. Burial will take place in the church cemetery.
