Frank Rascoe Jr., 72, of Beacon Light Road, Windsor, died Friday, October 23, 2009 at Three Rivers Health and Rehabilitation.
A funeral will be held at 12 noon on Wednesday, Oct. 28 at Indian Woods Baptist Church, Windsor. Visitation will take place from 7-8 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 27 at Gilliam Funeral Home. Burial will take place at Hillcrest Cemetery in Windsor.
