Eller M. Hughes, 88, of Ahoskie died Tuesday October 20, 2009 at Guardian Care Nursing Home in Ahoskie.
Survivors include a son, Lashoon Hughes of Graham; two daughters, Patrice S. Vinson and Evelyn D. Taylor, both of Ahoskie; a sister, Maggie L. Lassiter of Ahoskie; and 10 grandchildren.
A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 24 at Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, Ahoskie, with the Rev. Jeryl Moody officiating. Burial will be at Hillcrest Cemetery in Ahoskie.
