Hazel Perry Mitchell, 81, of Ahoskie died Wednesday October 14, 2009 at Pitt County Memorial Hospital in Greenville.
Survivors include a son, Floyd Mitchell of Charlotte; a daughter, Patricia M. Clark of Ayden; a brother, Samuel D. Perry of Charlotte; two sisters, Mary Montague of Ahoskie and Flora Banks of Edenton and two grandchildren.
A funeral will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 18 at New Ahoskie Baptist Church with the Rev. C. David Stackhouse officiating. Burial will take place in Hillcrest Cemetery in Ahoskie.
Reynolds Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
