Whit Peele Outlaw Jr., 79, of Philadelphia, Pa. died on Tuesday, October 6, 2009.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 16 at Gilliam Funeral Home in Windsor. Burial will take place in Cherry’s Family Cemetery, Windsor.
