Carl C. Price, 79, of Seaboard died Tuesday, September 29, 2009.
A native of Northampton County, he was a member of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Winnie W. Price; two daughters, Lena Price and Carla P. Stephenson; a sister, Mary P. Barrett and a grandchild.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 1 in the Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Robert Hill officiating.
The family will receive friends following the service at the Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall.
