Nora Winborne, 88, of Colerain died Sunday, September 13, 2009 at Roanoke Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie.
Survivors include two sons, Steven Winborne of Colerain and Reginald Winborne of Atlanta, GA; two brothers, Johnnie Chamblee of Brooklyn, NY and Chester Chamblee of Spartanburg, SC; three sisters, Ella Ruffin, Sadie Stallings and Agnes Jenkins, all of Brooklyn, NY; and two grandchildren.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. on Friday Sept. 18 at Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church, Harrellsville, with Pastor Gregory Hendricks officiating. Burial will be the church cemetery.
Reynolds Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
