Sequoia Sameika Harrell, 14, of Cedar Landing Road in Windsor died Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at Bertie Memorial Hospital.
A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 13 at Bertie Middle School in Windsor. Burial will take place at Hillcrest Cemetery in Windsor.
Visitation will be held at the Cedar Landing Baptist Church on Saturday, Sept. 12 from 7-8 p.m.
Gilliam Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
