Mr. Eugene McKinley Webb, age 59, a resident of 170 B West Askewville Road, Windsor, died Tuesday, August 11, 2009 at Pitt County Memorial Hospital.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 15, 2009 at Askewville Baptist Church with the Rev. David Crumpler officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery.
Mr. Webb was born January 7, 1950 in Beaufort County to Frank McKinley and Hazel Marie Snider Webb. Eugene was an Army veteran and worked in the farming business.
Mr. Webb was preceded in death by his father in 1981 and his brother Bobby in April 2009.
In addition to his mother he is survived by one brother, Donald Webb of Johnston County; three sisters, Linda Meheffy of Pennsylvania, Gayle Osbourn of New Mexico and Janice Johnson of Bertie County; and several nieces and nephews.
