Hallard Thomas Green Jr., 48, of Gates died Thursday, July 9, 2009 at his residence.
A native of Portsmouth, VA, he served in the U.S. Army. He was a member of Stoney Branch Missionary Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon. He was employed as a Supervisor for Skanska Silver Southeast Construction Co.
Survivors include his wife, Sharon Green of the home; son, Jalin T. Green of the home; daughter, Leteshia Riddick of Miami, FL; his father, Hallard T. Green, Sr; brother, Keith Green; and sister, Christy Green, all of Portsmouth, VA; and two grandchildren.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14 by the Rev. Bryan Johnson at Stoney Branch Missionary Baptist Church.
