Garland Ray (Tony) Boone, of Gateway Village in Salisbury, Maryland died Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury.
He was a native of Gates County.
He retired from Allen Foods of Hurlock. He was also formerly employed with Showell Poultry, Perdue Farms and the former Campbell Soup Co.
Survivors include his nephews, Melvin, George and Clayton Boone, all of Roduco; one daughter: Kathy Evans of Camden; a granddaughter and a great granddaughter.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, July 7 at Jolley Memorial Chapel in Salisbury.
