Aaron Earl (Donnie) Freeman, 53, formerly of Bertie County, died Saturday, June 27, 2009 at Providence Community Hospital, Washington, DC.
He was a member of Beautiful Zion Baptist Church, Lewiston.
Survivors include his children, Reginald Burden of Garner and Tawana Freeman, Sharna “Kitta” Futrell and Eriron Freeman, all of Raleigh; a brother, Glenn Bond of Windsor; sisters, Ida F. Owens and Marion F. Williams, both of Windsor, and Eunice Barnes of Greenville; and eight grandchildren.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday, July 1 at Wilder’s Funeral Home Chapel, Aulander, with Elder Gary Cordon officiating.
Wilder’s Funeral Home Inc, Aulander, was in charge of the arrangements.
