Percy Francis Phelps, 76, of Windsor died Thursday, June 25, 2009 at his home.
A native of Bertie County, he was retired from Lee Lumber Company.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Francis Phelps; three daughters, Patricia Gammon, Peggy Phelps and Sylvia Parker; a son, Everett Phelps; two sisters, Dorothy Jean Pierce and Doris June Hoggard; and three grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 27 at Windsor Assembly of God by the Rev. Thomas H. Todd and the Rev. Chuck Gray. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor.
